
Can Fin Homes Ltd (CFHL) has reported a steady financial performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4FY25), with a 12% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit to ₹234 crore, compared to ₹209 crore in Q4FY24. Sequentially, profit grew by 10% from ₹212 crore reported in Q3FY25.
Disbursements for Q4FY25 came in at ₹2,455 crore, up 6% YoY and 31% QoQ. The company’s net interest income (NII) rose 6.4% YoY to ₹349 crore from ₹328 crore.
The gross NPA ratio improved to 0.87% from 0.92% in the previous quarter, while net NPA (excluding management overlay) stood at ₹174 crore with a net NPA ratio of 0.46%, slightly better than 0.50% in Q3FY25.

The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per share (face value ₹2), in addition to the interim dividend of ₹6 per share declared earlier.
Can Fin Homes’ total loan assets stood at ₹38,217 crore, up 9% YoY. Housing loans form 76% of the book, with the rest coming from non-housing and commercial real estate segments.
The company reported a Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) of 117.86%, comfortably above the mandated 85%, and maintained documented undrawn bank lines worth ₹3,194.58 crore.
CFHL continues to hold an “AAA” credit rating with a stable outlook from both ICRA and CARE, reflecting its solid asset quality and prudent risk management.
