Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd (CIFCL) reported a strong set of Q4 FY25 numbers while also announcing its entry into the gold loan business in select regions. This strategic expansion aims to diversify its secured lending portfolio and capture market share in one of India’s fastest-growing retail credit segments.

Cholamandalam Investment Q4 FY25 Results: Revenue up 30.38% YoY to Rs 7,025 crore, Net Profit up 19.7% YoY

The company posted a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹1,267 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, a rise of 20% YoY, compared to ₹1,058 crore in Q4 FY24. Its Net Income stood at ₹3,758 crore, up 29% YoY. Revenue from operations rose to ₹7,025 crore from ₹5,388 crore, registering a 30% increase YoY.

Chola’s Total Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at ₹1,99,876 crore, up 30% YoY, surpassing its guidance of 25% growth. The company’s disbursements for the quarter were ₹26,417 crore, up 7% YoY.

The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹0.70 per share, in addition to the ₹1.30 interim dividend declared in January 2025.
