Coal India Limited (CIL) has officially announced that it will release its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ending March 31, 2025, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. The decision will be taken during the Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled for that day.
In addition to reviewing and approving the Q4 and FY25 financial results (both standalone and consolidated), the Board may also consider recommending a final dividend for FY2024-25, subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming annual general meeting.
Meanwhile, as per regulatory compliance norms, the company’s trading window has been closed since April 1, 2025, and will reopen on May 12, 2025.
The announcement comes at a crucial time as market participants await the performance of the Maharatna company amid volatile commodity markets and rising power demand.
