
Dhani Services Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary companies, has announced plans to develop multiple real estate projects in Haryana. In a filing to the stock exchanges, the company disclosed that it has executed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Collaboration Agreements with landowners for these developments, subject to approvals from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and other regulatory bodies.
The projects, which are expected to commence in the financial year 2025-26, include mixed-use, commercial, and residential developments across Gurgaon and Sonipat.
