Dhanuka Agritech Q3 FY25 results: Revenue up 10.4% to ₹445.27 crore, net profit rises 21.3% YoY to ₹55.04 crore

Dhanuka Agritech Limited, one of India’s leading agri-input companies, announced robust financial results for the third quarter of FY25, showcasing significant growth across key financial metrics.

Strong financial performance:
For the quarter ended December 31, 2024, Dhanuka Agritech reported a net profit of ₹55.04 crore, marking a 21.3% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to ₹45.37 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s revenue from operations grew 10.4% YoY, reaching ₹445.27 crore, up from ₹403.24 crore in the same quarter last year.

EBITDA growth:
The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) stood at ₹75.56 crore, reflecting a 21.6% YoY improvement from ₹62.16 crore in Q3 FY24. Profit Before Tax (PBT) also saw a 21.9% YoY increase, reaching ₹68.08 crore, up from ₹55.83 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
