Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), reporting strong year-on-year growth in profitability despite a marginal dip in revenue.
The company’s revenue from operations came in at ₹1,134.64 crore in Q4 FY25, slightly lower than ₹1,176.95 crore reported in Q4 FY24. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,148.16 crore, compared to ₹1,189.34 crore in the year-ago period.
Net profit attributable to the owners of the company surged 35% year-on-year to ₹155.58 crore in Q4 FY25, up from ₹115.16 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Profit before tax stood at ₹224.35 crore, up from ₹165.73 crore YoY, reflecting strong operational efficiency.
For the full year ended March 2025, Himadri reported revenue of ₹4,612.63 crore, up from ₹4,184.89 crore in FY24. Net profit for FY25 came in at ₹555.62 crore, compared to ₹410.77 crore in the previous year.
Expenses during the quarter declined to ₹923.81 crore from ₹1,023.61 crore YoY, aided by lower material costs and improved cost control measures. The company’s total tax expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹68.89 crore, up from ₹50.55 crore in Q4 FY24.
