
Rajesh Power Services Limited (RPSL), a prominent EPC player in the power transmission and distribution sector, has announced new order inflows totaling ₹1,116 crore. The orders come from a mix of government bodies and institutional customers, and mark a significant addition to the company’s project pipeline.
As per the company’s exchange filing dated April 23, 2025, the scope of the awarded projects includes:

A turnkey contract for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11/22KV HT underground (cable) and overhead (MVCC) networks in Gujarat.

Design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 220/66kV GIS/AIS substations in Gujarat.

Supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 132kV/66kV underground cables in Gujarat.
The completion timeline for these projects is expected to range between 12 to 18 months.
The company, which recently raised ₹160.5 crore through its IPO and was listed on the BSE SME exchange on December 2, 2024, said the contracts were received during the normal course of business and further cement its presence in India’s infrastructure and power distribution ecosystem.
RPSL continues to serve government and institutional clients nationwide and has a long-standing legacy of over five decades in delivering GIS substations, AIS substations, high-voltage cable systems, and transmission line solutions.
