Shares of Interarch Building Solutions surged 4.20% to Rs 1,797.50 in Monday’s session after the company announced that it had bagged the country’s largest-ever single order in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) sector. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 1,818.10 and was among the top gainers in the infrastructure and industrial construction space.
The landmark contract, valued at over Rs 300 crore, was awarded by Purvah Green Private Limited—a subsidiary of CESC Ltd.—for the development of a cutting-edge tyre manufacturing facility in Gujarat. The facility will span 3 million square feet under a single roof, making it one of India’s most technologically advanced tyre plants.
Interarch will be responsible for the full turnkey execution of the project, covering design, engineering, manufacturing, and on-site erection of steel structures. Execution is currently underway across multiple locations in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh, with phased commissioning expected to begin in FY26.
