The Jammu and Kashmir Police has announced a cash reward of ₹20 lakh for credible information that leads to the neutralisation of terrorists involved in the recent attack on civilians at Baisaran, Pahalgam in Anantnag district.
The attack, which occurred on April 22, 2025, has been officially registered under FIR No. 25/2025 at Pahalgam Police Station. The police termed the assault on civilians as a “cowardly attack” and are seeking public assistance to bring the perpetrators to justice.
In its appeal to the public, the police assured that the identity of informers will be kept strictly confidential to ensure their safety.
