Batting first after LSG won the toss and opted to bowl, GT managed to accelerate in the final five overs, adding 45 runs for the loss of three wickets. Shahrukh Khan played a crucial cameo, scoring 11 off 6 balls, while Rashid Khan remained unbeaten on 4 off 2.
